- Take exit number 3 to Council Bluffs/ Business District/ Lake Manawa.
- Turn left at South Expressway and proceed approximately 1.5 miles to Broadway
- Turn right on Broadway and proceed to the first traffic light (Main Street)
- Turn left and our building is the 5-story office building on your right. (All glass exterior on the second floor where our offices are located).

- Cross the I-480 bridge (Downtown Omaha) and continue east on Broadway for approximately 3 miles.
- Once across the viaduct continue heading east on Kanesville until you come to Main Street (4th light after the viaduct) and turn right.
- Proceed south one-half block to Broadway and our building is the 5-story building on your left at the corner of Main Street and Broadway. We are on the second floor which has all glass exterior.
- Proceed West on US Highway 6 for approximately 3.6 miles after the interstate. You will go past the two hospitals and continue to proceed west on Kanesville Blvd. until you reach Main Street (Just past the Omni Centre parking garage).
- Take a left on Main Street.
- Proceed south one-half block to Broadway and our building is the 5-story building on your left at the corner of Main Street and Broadway. We are on the second floor which has all glass exterior.
- Come in on I-29 and North 16th Street until you hit Broadway.
- Turn left on Broadway and go over the viaduct and veer to the left proceeding east on Kanesville until you reach Main Street (4th light after the viaduct) and turn right.
- Proceed south one-half block to Broadway and our building is the 5-story building on your left at the corner of Main Street and Broadway We are on the second floor which has all glass exterior.
- Metered parking is available on the streets surrounding our building.
- Three hour free parking is available for our clients in the NW corner of the parking lot located on the corner of West Broadway and Scott Street – one block west of our office.
Two handicap accessible spaces on the southeast side of our building that are marked “Telpner Peterson”.
