Congratulations to John Flaten on graduating from Leadership Council Bluffs – Class 33!
Leadership Council Bluffs is an intense, graduate level program, designed to identify and develop leaders within our community and help them design and enhance their own leadership style with an emphasis on the community perspective. The Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce developed a series of sessions for individuals with leadership potential to develop knowledge and sharpen skills while focusing on issues affecting our community.
